Icom proudly announces the debut of the IC-E92D, waterproof dual band
transceiver. The IC-E92D is the successor to the IC-9E91 and retains many of its
features.
In addition the IC-E92D provides waterproof protection,
equivalent to IPX7. If used with the optional HM-175GPS, the IC-E92D provides
GPS position reporting functions in DV mode; GPS functions are fully compatible
with the IC-E2820 series. The IC-E92D is ideal for D-STAR enthusiasts, active
amateurs who are fans of outdoor pursuits or organisations that are looking for
a simple GPS position reporting system.

The IC-E92D has a built-in voice recorder*. It records an incoming call in DV
mode for up to 30 seconds (approx.), or can be partitioned into 3 tracks (10
seconds each). The 10-second transmit memory allows you to record your callsign,
CQ and automatically answers when you receive a message. (* Available in DV mode

The IC-E7 is small enough to be carried anytime, anywhere and
covers the popular 144MHz and 430/440MHz bands for short range contact and
repeater operation. In addition, it has wideband receiver capability for
receiving FM, analogue TV audio and other utility communications. A large
capacity Lithium-Ion battery pack provides long battery life for extended use.
